All sound is heavily distorted on Asus notebook?

All audio coming from my notebook is heavily distorted, no matter the volume. I went to my Realtek drivers and checked for updates, but nothing. Any help, please?

Try installing your notebook's Windows 8.1 drivers from ASUS, worked for me.
