Always ask for shut down?!

new problem. all of a sudden my Surface pro 4 drops the shut down option when I press the power button. I feel the click and release, and i'm very careful with my device, so it's very clean. I have to press it 2-4 times before it goes into sleep mode. Very frustrating.

maybe you can use the keyboard shortcuts instead?

Any updates pending in settings?
