Am I the only one having troubles with messaging and missing live tiles?

Long story short, since two days ago I started noticing that my live tile from Foursquare is gone from time to time. I mean, there's no icon, no live tile no nothing except a square with my accent color. I had seen this behavior on NoDo but I assumed it was a memory issue but now this is happening to my phone very often. Sometimes I just feel like the live tiles are just some cheap stickers :lol:

Second problem: I haven't been able to 'sign in' to messagin!

Can't connect to see who's online

It's all I'm getting for two days in a row
