Am I the only one who cannot MMS pictures?

To OP, try putting someone else's TMo sim card in your phone and observe. Or, login to your TMo website and see what phone TMo recognizes for your account. If that's not your phone you need to set it up manually. TMo might not be recognizing your phone. You may also double check the IMEI numbers with TMo.

Tried the SIM card trick since I had an active second SIM card lying around after I sold the other phone (it's ETF'd as of a few days ago, though) and that didn't work. The website shows the right phone, but I will probably call them about the issue very soon. Maybe tomorrow if I find some free time during the day.

Did you active the sim that came with your phone or did you just pop in your old sim card?

As long as your phone is carrier unlocked, you just have to run the "Network Setup" application from the manufacturer. All WP7 have an app in the manufacturer store on the marketplace.

I have an unlocked Optimus 7 and all I have to do when I switch the SIM card to a diferent carrier is run the LG app and MMS work.

Unfortunately, that app is gone! I was able to download it for my unlocked Lumia 800 a couple of weeks ago, but as others have mentioned, it's no longer in the marketplace.

I think you only need to run the "Network Settings" application from the manufacturer. All WP7 application of a manufacturing shop in the market.
