Amber update available but can't update

Well i live in Egypt,and the amber update turned available last night but i can't update it through "Software update" you guys know why?
P.S my phone is lumia 920

It's a large download. Has to be done over wifi.

i do have wifi on,the download isnt even available

Try a soft reset and then scan for the update. Also, do you have sufficient memory on your device to install. Can't think of anything else offhand.

did a soft reset,and i have 6 gigs of free space,thanks for your help though

Just a thought, install a keyboard from settings. It'll force a minor update then see if it forces your system update.
