Just download NSU link here: http://forums.windowscentral.com/nokia-lumia-520/237774-5.htm#post2123987 (about 100mb file)

Install > Run > Connect > Download update (1.29GB) > Install.

All settings / Data on phone will be wiped clean. So BACKUP.
