Android Microsoft Launcher not working in Galaxy s7

I downloaded and installed the Microsoft Launcher on Galaxy S7. It installed and even logged in to my live account and entered my work email. So now the launcher appears on the home page and when I press/touch it nothing happens? Also do I have to download outlook, word, etc. separately?

Indkal, I use a Note 8 and was encountering same issue with the MS Launcher after I updated from android nougat to android oreo. But simply by uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the issue. So I will recommend you the same or you can also try installing an older version of the app just in case it is not compatible with your phone. Let me know if it works
