True. The news broke recently that the AU is not coming today. Non-Insiders will get a cumulative update on August 16.

There is no option to select ring.It is showing automatically showing production ring!!

When that happened to me, I left the program and then I rejoined. There you should have the options to choose slow, fast, release preview.

so when you open the insider app - you can not see the other rings? can you share a screenshot?
you can try reinstalling the app
