Annoying data useage notification !!

How can i stop this annoying data useage flash notification pop up coming after even a single kb useage of mobile network / data?
Its really irritating and can't even change the tone for this flash messages.

So I went to Call + SMS filter.
Then advanced settings.
I then enabled 'Block withheld numbers'.

It seems to have worked for me so far.
Will edit this post if the data alerts start again. But so far, so good.
