Annoying Problem. "Open app?"

Resently i got a annoying problem when i talking with someone.
On calling suddenly pop-up a question "Open app? Someone wants to use an app with you."
Under it have options "Open app" or "Ignore"
How to get rid of it?

That is odd.

Many questions:
Are you on Insider or Stock? Version?
Have you checked for App updates in store?
Have you checked your permissions in Settings > Privacy > Phone calls and see if anything is not given permission that should have it?
Do you have alternate calling Apps that you use?
Is it every call or just some?

Lastly, have you tried "Open app" to see just what it is that is trying to get your attention?

I don't have Insider or Stock.
Now I updated all my apps.
I looked Settings > Privacy > Phone calls and there is only maps, Skype and Blocking and filters.
I don't have alternative calling apps: I have added only Endomondo; Google tasks; QR Reader; TuneIn Radio.
I relised that this pop-up comes just any time not only when calling (but mostly then). Sometimes it's not appear.
When i press open app or ignore then it just goes away and any second it's back. So i have to press either button repeatedly. Best way to awoid it, is to totaly ignore it and to something else with phone.

you have to be on one or the other. either your are a member of the insider program, using an insider build, or you are running your phone with the current public release, in other words, stock.

Yes, I have same problem. Just factory reseted my Lumia 950 and the problem still occurs.
It is really annoiyng, every time i open my lock sreen, its there, sometimes multiple times. Push Ignore, it goes away til i make a call or open my phone again.
Push Open app, nothing, just goes away. And when i open my phone, again there. This is making using my phone really difficult. Been having this problem past month or so, nothing seems to help.
Havent installed any new apps or anything, one day it just was there and doesnt go away whatever you do. Need help on this.

Is there any solution for this problem? I have this thing on for a month or so. Just factory reseted my phone, its still there. It is making the usage of my phone really really hard, everytime its there when i open my lockscreen. Need help on this...!!

solved, this seems to be NFC problem since i keep my cards with my phone, they interract. Disable NFC or remove other cards near phone.
