Any chance of a third party Zendesk app?

So Zendesk pulled their Windows Phone app from the Store. I had it on my old MS account, under My Library, but I don't have it on my new MS account.

Unless there is a way to transfer that download between MS accounts (probably not) is there any chance of a third party Zendesk app now?
