Any fix for 1803 file explorer interface bug ?

Hi, i dont know how i should explain this, so see below image. this is a bug in 1709 and i dont know why is here !! in 1803. any fix ? (drive icon should be in red square)

Uncheck "Item Check Boxes"

DISM.EXE /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Run that command through elevated CMD.

This could have happened after an update.

I was reading awhile ago that sometimes file names exceed maximum length and cause issues.

Purely a guess though.
