Any one got error 8103010d when updating extras+info and got something like this....?

I spoke with @winphonesupport on twitter, and they said when you get this error, the only thing you can do is hard reset the phone. Biggest load of bull shiet i've ever heard.

same here with Nokia Music, I am not resetting my phone, I have read that when a new phone update comes out the problem is fixed...
