Any Way to Fix Cortana?

Any way to reinstall Cortana? She can't hear me, nor I her. Any suggestions? This is a WU from 10041, which was in itself a clean install.

I had the same issue with 9926 and I had to reinstall the sound drivers on my MacBook. Hope this helps.
