I'm strongly thinking about upgrading to the 1520 and want to take advantage of the $100 trade in, but I absolutely MUST keep my text messages (as in, need some for court). Is there any way to get all the text messages off this phone? Even if it's something that only an ATT retailer can do? I called my local store and the girl working said they could only get contacts, but given the fact that I kept talking about the Lumia 2520 + 1520 deal and she kept trying to talk about the galaxy S4 + galaxy tab3 deal (despite me telling her I have no interest in anything but windows products), I'm not exactly relying on her as a subject matter expert when it comes to windows phones....
I do have a developer unlocked phone and I'm running 7.5, but last I heard, there was still no way to *programatically* tap into the messaging API. However if that's a route, I'm a developer... so point me to some resources and I'll do that!
Anything at all would be appreciated... thanks!
