any way to remove pre-installed programs?

got the Dash 3G from T-mo, and ive got crap like tele-nav and stuff installed on there thats just eating up memory. I never use them. Any way to remove these?

If its in the rom you can only get rid of it by reflashing the rom. If its in the remove programs list in remove programs you can remove it.

yeah not in remove programs... first place i looked. any good custom roms out there?
