Good to know it isn't just me.

Checked and Black did install, version 3051.40000.1349.0007, got a toast notification after installation welcoming me and the new glance screen.

Shame as this was the feature I wanted most.

It is known ... there will be an updated "Play to" version soon (1-2 weeks, informed By Nokia Betalabs)

Guys i just installed Lumia Black Update in Turkey for Lumia 92 (OTA) you should check it out!!

I had GDR3 installed, Dev Preview still active.

It's available in Denmark as well, though I'm getting the same error (80188309), trying to download it through Nokia Software Updater on my PC now...
*edit* Never mind, NSU only has Amber for now!
