Anybody else having trouble with Windows Central Notifications?

I accidently selected "new comments on articles I participate in" and new posts in forum threads I participate in". It's driving me insane. I just want replies to my comments. I "click here" for more notifications settings in the app (because I've unchecked both of the boxes) and it takes me nowhere. I try to follow the link to stop receiving emails on an article I commented on, and I get an error.

Or how do I get help from somebody at MobileNations or Windows Central?

I found where to contact them. Was hoping to get to it before anyone commented but that didn't work.
