Check this. Again not he's not a Windows Phone user, but he's positive about it. Looks pretty fluid for having a Snapdragon 200.

I saw this review actually but it didn't cover what I needed. Ended up going with a 635. No regrets really. I just can't trust BLU the same way I trust Nokia/MS mobile.
