Anyone else can use Cortana without Location latest Mobile redstone branch?

Okay i just noticed this morning but on latest mobile mobile redstone branch 14322 my cortana would update livetiles with location turned off and would even work without her making me turn it on. Is it going to be official or something anyone knows?:O
