Anyone else getting WP8.1 updates on their 822?

I have a 928 but my mom has an 822 and said that today she was poking around in the update area and there was a notification to update to WP8.1, with a link to a nokia site. She showed me the link and I noticed it was for the 1520, so I'm skeptical, but I can't see her phone so I thought I would check in here with other 822 users to see what's going on. She said there was no word of it being a 'developers preview' but that it brought her to that site so she could install software recovery tools via her PC before installing the supposed WP8.1 update. What's the story here?
