Anyone else horizontal/vertical lines with camera/photos?

I found this forum looking for a solution to a similar problem. We have one windows 8.1 PC that shows horizontal lines when viewing the screen from a IPhone camera (or taking pictures). An external monitor does not do this and when viewing the bios screen it does not do this. I tried moving the drive to a different pc of the same type and it also does this on the built-in monitor. Other Windows 8.1 PC's of the same model do not show the horizontal lines. I am stumped at this point.

If the lines show up on every picture taken, and appearance exactly the same, (and they're too sharp to be lens damage), than you've a problem with the camera sensor itself. It's unlikely that there's a software bug causing this. Clear the info in your camera app, wipe the system cache and reboot. If the problem is still there then it is a hardware issue.

Judging from those lines and usage of light. It looks like if your not utilizing enough light. ISO might be a problem, because it is a limited thing
