Anyone gotten Samsung Smart Switch app to work?

I'm on 15063.2 with the Lumia 950. The app downloads and launches without an issue, but I can't seem to get passed the disclaimer prompt. Nothing happens when I try to press the "agree" button.

Anyone gotten it working?
