Anyone having trouble to install apps through windows phone website?

Hello there, recently brought a L930. There must be something wrong with my live account (I'm not sure if it's only me) I cannot install apps, view my apps list or locate my phone using WP website (https://www.windowsphone.com) It's Keep telling me logging to your microsoft account on your phone, that I already did.

I cant even find my account settings on the website.

Any advise, solution would appreciated.

On you phone go to Settings>Find My Phone and turn on the first option to allow it to locate your phone and send apps to it.

Thanks!! They both were ticked, however hardreset solved my problem.
