Anyone having wifi issues with Lumia 920?

I have similar issues as well. It's mostly fine at home, but at university, it's really intermittent. I can't have a Skype conversation for even a couple of minutes on WiFi. It disconnects, bad quality, etc. Same with viber, video streaming, and other services. However, if I turn off the Wifi and use the LTE everything is really nice and smooth. I have a lumia 920.

I had this problem starting in early 2013. My 920 could no longer connect to my home Belkin network which had previously worked just fine and could still connect to my office network which is on a mac airport. The SSID would show up and it would try to connect for a while but gave the same error "cannot connect because there was no response from the network". Tried restarting the phone and got the same problem. I figured it had to be a setting on my home router... My Belkin router broadcasts on b/g/n at dual bandwith 20/40MHz I tried a couple settings changing the security from WPA2 to WPA, made sure MAC Address filtering was off....

WHAT FIXED THE PROBLEM.. the SSID was Ryan&Krisi I changed it to RyanKrisi (removing the &) and the Wireless channel was set to auto, change that to a fixed number. Now everything works!

I had to restart my Lumia 1520 to get it to work.

AT&T customer support told me to turn on AIRPLANE MODE and then count to 30 seconds then turn AIRPLANE MODE off. After that reconnect to the desired WIFI network all would be right within the world...And it was!!! I haven't had a problem since! Hope it helps.:wink:

Just got a 920 today - this fixed my WIFI issue as well. If I remember correctly I had to do this a few months back to a 521 I have also.

I have to put it into airplane mode a few times a day. My WiFi is Netcom router, wireless N only and fixed channel. Encryption is WPA2-PSK. This has happened at least since Amber and maybe for ever. Wish Microsoft would fix this..

Been dealing with this issue for awhile now. I swear the L920 is cursed. They keep saying things are being fixed with this and that update, but nothing ever really happens.

All I can say is next November can't come soon enough.

Had my Lumia 920 in for repair TWICE for this fault. Just got it back this week - with a note that it works fine, and it still doesn't work for me. Just searching and searching and searching... Can't even turn the wifi off. Doesn't help putting it i flight mode either.
And it's not that my "home network" has the wrong settings (se the pictur: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/39194527/ML__7346.jpg)...
Contacted Nokia via facebook and all they say is to go to the store where I bought it. Problem is - I bought it on internet.
Hate Nokia and Microsoft right now.

Before you ask: It's swedish... That's why my English is so bad

Same issue. It was working fine even after Black. I think Nokia released something incrementally that broke the wifi. Even the option to keep wifi while the screen is locked doesn't work for me.

I have a new update. The wifi works on my phone but the signal is very weak. I suspect the wifi antenna is not connected properly or might be missing in my phone. I did replace the screen and digitizer recently.
