Anyone know of a guide to repair the power button on a 928?

Anyone know of a guide to repair the power button on a 928.

The button appears to be unresponsive and it seems like a known problem. The parts are easy to locate but all the disassembly guides don't seem to cover replacing the power/volume button cable/buttons. I really want to see what I'm letting myself in for before opening the phone.

Is it worth the trouble when you can get a 640 for $40?
