Anyone know why I might be suddenly be charged a recurring 99 cent fee for Zune?

Suddenly appearing on my bank statements. My live pass expired in August, so I dont know what this could be.... I need to call or email them, but I thought I'd ask you guys first, since I wont be able to deal with it till after work.
