Anyone with Denim notice any camera improvements?

I know not a lot of people have the update yet. But if you do! Have you noticed anything different at all? In terms of color accuracy or what not.

If you bothered to read all the information it was pretty clear that there were NO camera improvements to the Lumia 1020

To be fair, they don't always report all the changes/fixes in official release, you can expect some surprises once in a while.
For instance Double Tap did not work properly on my 1020 pre-denim. Nothing fixed it, neither a Hard Reset or Re-Flash of OS. After Denim update last night it works like a charm. There is no mention of such improvements anywhere.

Moiz Mian, I haven't checked if there are any changes with respect to Camera. I was not happy with image sharpness earlier and yellow tinge with Front Cam, I will check today and update if I find any difference.

I don't see any improvement with respect to picture quality, but I think the fixed the bug with zoom. Now the picture looks the same even if you Zoom in before taking it or take the picture and then Zoom in. Simply put, redefined zoom is working as it is supposed to after Denim.

Haven't observed much with respect to shot times, haven't taken enough pictures to identify that.

I see no reason why they couldn't have made some noticeable improvements in the camera, launch/shot times, I really doubt it has to do with it's hardware and more to do with commitment on MS part.

Microsoft just gave the middle finger to all 1020 owners with the Denim update, and I'll be surprised if they do any improvements with WP10 update.

The old hardware does not prevent most of the improvements that came with Denim and Camera 5 on the newer devices, what prevents the improvements is that Microsoft could not be bothered to do it and support their existing customers.

Just look up videos on YouTube from folks running Windows 10 TP on their 1020s (unofficially). Since Lumia Camera is the default camera for Windows 10 looks like the faster launch and shot to shot times would definitely be coming to all Windows Phones with 10

The problem with that is how long will we be waiting until the "official" WP10 gets released to all, the 1020 will definitely be a museum piece by that time.

Still have yet to see a camera match it for pure picture quality so museum piece or not, its still the King!

Oh I agree it's a great camera, my point being is the longer things drag on in regards to OS improvements the less likely we'll ever see them come to the "King", doesn't stop us from using it but highly doubt we will see much more love for the old horse. Was somewhat disappointing after receiving my 830 only to find out it too had a "slow" camera, now we are on what seems to be the slow train to nowhere anticipating the release of Denim for my rm-985.

The best camera unmatched got better, focusing has definitely improved with the Denim update and now its close to my Z3s focusing ability.

After getting Denim with 4k video on my 1520 and actually looking at examples on Youtube, etc, I'm pretty sad this 1020 will never get 4k. I know the processor would explode attempting it. Lol. It gets hot enough doing 1080p video.

That large sensor would make some stellar 4k macro/close up videos.
