Anything like video highlights from HTC One or Google

Looking for something for either the phone or Windows RT that will create a quick video highllight of pictures selected. Google recently announced the capability but HTC One had it first and I really liked it. It created a quick video of the pictures/recordings with some background music.

There are no apps that can do this presently, there might be in the future.
