Not yet. Sockets API is needed for most types of IM's to work properly, and thats coming later this year.

Have you seem if Meebo's mobile site works on WP7? I haven't tried yet, but you can do AIM on there until we see an official client...

Meebo's mobile site *kind of* works. I was able to sign into AIM and send a message, but... The formatting of the page is all screwed up, making it extremely hard to see. It could work in an emergency but I would never want to use it for more than a couple of minutes.
