AOL desktop toolbar to small, how can I make it larger?

Aol desktop toolbar to small

loaded Aol 9.8.2 desktop on a new HP Envy laptop but program displays its tool bar so small its unreadable, have contacted Aol tec line but with no luck has anyone had the problem and solved it?
