App gone from store, can I transfer from another phone?

One of my favorite apps is no longer on the Store. I would like to get it on my new W10M phone but obviously it can't install. I still have it installed on my old W10M phone. Any way to transfer it?

Hook your old phone to your PC copy the app to it, hook your new phone to the PC and copy it to your new phone.
Make sure you change settings on your computer to see hidden files .

You can try pressing the hamburger menu and then going to "My Library" check if you can still install it from there.

I have been able to download a lot of retired (unsearchable) WP8 games and apps that I downloaded before since I got Windows 10
