App installed but not on menu list.
I recently installed an app on my Nokia Lumia 630 but the app will not show on the menu list.
When I go to the app on the store and click 'view', it just takes me back to where I was, but that app is not there. I cannot uninstall the app at all to re download it. It says it installed on the store history but cannot get on or find the app at all. So I'm pretty much stuck.
I have also tried reinstalling via windowsphone.com store on my computer and sending it through Find My Phone notifications but the notifications never come even though the website says it should.
Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this? Don't really want to hard reset but will do it as a last resort.
