App installing problem please help me

I installed an app advanced English dictionary. One day it was not opening, while clicking it just opens and immediately closes. So,I just uninstalled it and I tried to install again from the store. But when I am installing, it downloads completely but it was installing half and saying attention required tap here.I tapped lot of times but no use. So I just make a soft reset, then also it was not working. Can you guys please make me any suggestion, thanks. By the way i am using 8.1 update 1. After the update it was showing that type of problem. Thank you.
