why isn't windows phone having app-locker which locks apps individually and WP has only one lock which locks the phone completely , I think developers should start working on it in feature updates, that's the only drawback compared to any other operating system ,hope Microsoft will think about it and work on it !

Microsoft doesn't need to work on this. The security of your phone is ultimately your responsibility; your lock screen pin passcode should be all that's needed.

App developers can add a PIN code or password to their apps if they wish to, but this isn't going to happen for core system applications.
