app migration from one sd card too another

i want to move my apps from a 8 gb memory card to my 16 gb memory card... so is there any possible way.....

Move them all to the phone, swap the cards and move them back.

the problem is moving them will take my internal storage and my time... but cant i move my sd cart into my pc and then move it back to my other mem card
