app missing

When I go to the store and want to install Whatsapp they say I already have the app installed but it doesn't appear in the app list. I run the preview for developers on a Lumia 620. How can I solve this problem?

Try installing from the website. Don't know if that will work, but it's worth a try.

Have you checked to see if the date and time on your phone are correct?

Yes, the date and time are correct. I have tried to reinstall te app on internet explorer but that doesn't work either

What about going into Storage Sense and deleting your temporary files? Maybe deleting your phone's browsing history and temporary files as well.

Doesn't work, I also tried searching for the app in storage sense to delete it but whatsapp doesn't appear in the list of storage sense

Man, I'm sorry I couldn't help.
Unfortunately, the only thing I can suggest now is a hard reset. I would set it up as a new phone and redownload everything from your purchase history on the Windows Phone website. Wish I could have helped you more.
