i dont have a credit/debt card so i cant buy apps, can i have it charge my bill instead? if not is it possible in mango?

App purchases should by default be set to carrier billing, iirc.

Then why on my sprint arrive everytime I try and buy a app it asks me to add a credit card?

Should I call my carrier and have them activate it?

After some searching it seems that carrier billing for Sprint on Android happened in April, I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't available for WP yet.
