App notifications not coming through

Yeah, all of my apps and emails are coming through, strangely it is only texts that I'm not receiving notifications for.

If hard reset works then its most likely how the firmware gets uploaded in the phone. Had similar issues with few different OS while rebooting complete firmware (can be drivers etc) so sounds like a firmware issue to me, hopefully new updates roll.

I hard reset (for other reasons) and it did not fix the app notification push problems for me.

For Outlook, note that you have to go into [Outlook > Click the 3 dots on the bottom... > Settings > Options] and then click on the options for "Show a notification banner" and "Play a sound" for each Outlook account.
