app pending problem

[Windows Central Question]

i installed three apps and they work ok but beside the installed one there's a pending one. i unistalled one off them but the pending is still there and i can't reinstall the app.

Soft reset might solve it: Hold Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time until your phone vibrates. After it reboots, try installing the app again.
