Hi there,
with Mils you can send any Pdf file as real snail mail.
You cannot download the app yet as I am still awaiting certification of the credit card processor.
Key features:

• Send any Pdf file as a real letter
• Sign the letter using any Android, iOS, or Windows Phone device
• Send via any of more than twenty printing partners in more than twenty countries
