App that can get the old tiles (not transparent) back??

I used an app before I forgot what it was called. I'm not really into transparent tiles and I hardly ever use any background for my Start screen. I used to like the old green-colored Xbox (Games, Video, Music) tiles and the blue Here Maps and Here Drive apps. Any suggestion?
