App tile image issue

Hi All, I have an unusual issue on my WP8 on Lumia 925. I've installedSafeNet MobilePass app, and have immediately pinned it to start. However, I have not completed the registration and setup for few days. As a result the start screen tile, instead of having a mobile pass image, has an ugly text welcome message with a printscreen of my screen at that time. It is very annoying as I can't fix this, removing the tile and re-adding it does no work, do you have an idea on how I can fix this to have a correct default image of Mobile Pass in the tile?
