App to display a second clock on the lock screen from a different time zone?

I am trying to find an app that can display a secondary clock on the lock screen from a secondary time zone that I specify. So far I can only find world clock or time zone apps that allow for live tiles to be pinned to the start menu and these do not update in real time.

Is it possible to do what I am asking the same way Android does? Or does the Windows Phone OS limit this ability?

Live Tile Clocks can be updated every minute. The background agent used to update the lockscreen kicks in every 20 to 30 minutes though. So even if you find a lockscreen app that provides a secondary clock, it would be pretty inaccurate. And yes, that's an OS limitation.

I have tried all the apps so far.

Analog Clock Tile - Does not allow for clock from different time zone, system clock only.

Clock o' Matic - Takes up to 10 minutes to generate a live tile for chosen time zone clock face and once done does not appear on Start screen.

Clock Plus - Seems to be system clock again only.
