App Update Notifications

Ive noticed on my L820 that notifications that there is an update for an app isn't automatic and only shows up if you go into the App in the app store. Noticed this several times after this site informed of app updates that hadn't automatically shown up. Anyone else noticed this?

The update notifications get pushed out from MS over time, not all at the same time, but are available via links or browsing to the app in the Store once the update is posted. You just jumped the gun If you want the update notifications, be like my wife and don't care about apps and take a month to open the damn store. Then you are sure to have > 10 updates to install
