App Updating/Installing Stuck on Windows 10 Anniversary Update

I did a Clean Install of Windows 10 Pro Anniversary Update using the ISO I downloaded by Media Creation Tool. But after installing Windows 10, Some Apps in Store are not being downloaded. They are stuck at Downloading.
As Example, Xbox Identity Provider and Skype Preview both are stuck in Download Process when I am trying to UPDATE them. And Windows Central App is also stuck in Download Process when I am trying to INSTALL it.
I tried Restarting my PC, running wsreset command, tried Enabling and Disabling Windows Update Services. Nothing worked.
It's happening on both my Desktop and Laptop.
