Apple iPhone tray broke with sim card still inside, where can I get a new tray from?

Apple iphone tray broke with sim card still inside

I was changing the sim card and the top part of the tray with the 2 side parts came out, but the bottom edge of the tray and the sim card is stuck inside. How do I remove these and where do I get a new tray from. I don't have a warranty.
