Apps Close When Charging...

Just noticed an odd behavior - if I have Groove open in the background (and a few others like News, Weather, etc), when I plug in the USB wall charger, the apps close. Some stay open though. But Groove definitely closes.

I've notice the same with Groove on my 950xl with .63 build. It also closes at times when connecting to Wifi...no clue at all as to why.
