Apps don't close

I have a Lumia 925 with Cyan. Ever since I updated to Cyan many apps won't fully close when I back out and even when I hold down the back button and hit X. I then have to hold the back button and X again to fully exit. Happens all the time with Facebook, Swarm and others. Anybody else see this and is there a solution?

It is common with some Apps, mainly Microsoft built Apps. However, they should disappear if you are closing them in the task switcher screen (holding back button).

I know Facebook, FB Messenger and Calendar all remain in the background until you force close them.

I have to do the task switcher exit twice to finally close them. But it's ok I guess. Just irritating.

It is the new standard behaviour of WP8.1 that Apps don't close when hitting 'back'. Just not yet implemented for all apps yet. Closing apps all the time is actually not efficient.

But it is not normal that you have to close an app twice in the task switcher.
