Apps icons do not appear in Windows 10 start menu

Hello !
Apps icons do not appear in Windows 10 start menu also disappear and icons from the taskbar.

It really is annoying. Can you help me ?

I had this issue at one point. I had to reset my Machine.

If cortana works just type settings and hit enter. Go to update and then recover and reset the PC. Remember you will lose everything and start clean. Make sure to keep your own files. Any files on your Desktop will be wiped too so move them to another directory like Downloads/documents/pictures.
